Balinese Massage

Balinese Massage

You will be gently massaged with oil from feet to scalp according to your preferences. The body parts that have not been massaged will be covered, so as to avoid any temperature variances. The Balinese Massage combines gentle, relaxing strokes along with pressure point stimulations. The massage also includes a head and face massage.

Undergoing a Balinese Massage with a combination of skin rolling, kneading and stroking along with pressure point stimulation will stimulate the flow of blood, lymph, and energy. Gently picking and rolling the skin with the tips of the therapist’s fingers will also result in loosening the toxins in the system and softening the skin. Delivered in a calm and luxurious ambience, the massage soothes the body and the mind.

Before/After Massage Tip

As with every massage, you can expect to feel stiff and even tender, though this will subside after a couple of days leaving you more relaxed than ever.

If you desire to reduce the tenderness, warm-up your muscles with a bath, a heat pack or steam. Once your muscles are warm, we also recommend dynamic stretching to release some of the tenderness and to further lengthen your muscles.

It is also essential to stay hydrated before and after the treatment to ensure that you get the best results.

Avoid eating right before a massage.
